*"Kicking the S--T out of Burkitt's Lymphoma"

Following are words of support from people beyond your circle:
Hello, I found your website quite by chance and felt the need to write although I don't quite know what to say but will start by saying that my son David was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma August 2006 when he was aged ten and it seems that Noah's protocol of treatment was very similar to David's.
I am very glad to say that David is very much on the road to recovery and has had many trips to the barbers for hair cuts! David also made a website for his school friends to follow whilst having his treatment and send messages of support, it's www.mrboskettssuperpage.piczo.co.uk , it has not been updated for a while because he is so well and trying to put all this behind him.
I do hope that Noah is in a similar position and that all is well. He will get there.
With love and best wishes to Noah and his family.

Noah, you don't know me, but my name is Sue Campbell. I belong to Limestone Presbyterian Church in Wilmington. I knew your mother before you were born. My daughters Angela, Jennifer and Stephanie were involved in the youth group and your mom helped to shape their future with God and Faith. Even though I have never met you, my heart, love and prayers are there for you, as your mother's was for my daughters and family. I will continue to say prayers for your recovery and check this website for your progress. I will send them the info about your website and mom's sermon. I'm sure they will be in touch and continue prayers for your healing as well.
Faith, Love and Hope, Sue

Hello to Noah: You don't know me, but I was a member of the youth group your mom worked with in Wilmington, Delaware. I attended your parents' wedding and I now live in a house that is literally in the backyard of their former house on Faulkland Road. I have visited your Maine home while we were there on vacation. I will be keeping an eye on your website to keep track of your progress and thinking of you often. My twin daughters' best friend was diagnosed with osteosarcoma last year at age 13, so we have been through this and know it can be horrible; but she is doing fine now and so will you. Keep the faith, keep smiling, and know that many people are pulling for you. You obviously have a great support system and you sound like a great guy (and I'm sure you hear that you look just like your father!), so just take it one day at a time. You can do it!
We do the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in June - we started a team last year in honor of my daughter's friend Liz and raised over $6600 (not bad for a bunch of teenagers and a dedicated mom!). This year we will also be walking for Noah and will be sure to light a luminaria in his honor. Go Team Noah!

Dear, dear Noah, You don't know me and I don't know you, though I feel I do because of your Web Page. I'm simply one of many, many people who are holding you in their hearts and prayers with Love. May Blessings abound in your Life this week. In His Love, Barb

We are rooting for you...I saw your grandmother last Saturday night at the Mid-Coast church's 20th anniversary banquet..how great to see everyone again. I bought a bracelet. She said she was collecting $ for a birthday present for you...I gave her what I had in my wallet. Have a great birthday!
I loved your mom's sermon...I just read it about a half hour ago. I had no idea you were doing an internship at Maine Med (Barbara Bush's Children's Center). Our Sarah, 8 years-old now has Down syndrome and we have been to Maine Med because of pneumonia which starts out as asthma problems. She has a host of medical issues; reflux, latent Celiacs, asthma) so we are in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices frequently. Our oldest, Emily is 11 and is attending Mt. Ararart Jr. High School.
We are attending Cornerstone Baptist Church in Topsham (the church is about 6 years-old). We are very happy there. Lots and lots of young people -- Rick and I are pretty old compared to other folks at the church.
I wear your bracelet as a reminder to pray for you...keep the faith Noah! Remember that God allowed this to happen for a purpose...you may not know the purpose now, but I know one day you will know because He will reveal it to you! Remember too, that "and we know that God causes ALL things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Rom. 8:28

Hi Noah –
We heard about you from your Aunt Alice. Eric (our son) plays on the same football team as your cousin Jack. We want you to know that we are wishing you the best and are praying for you and your family. All smiles are being sent to you today!

Dear Noah, I don't know you and you don't know me. I'm old enough to be your grandmother ... possibly your great grandmother? I heard about you from the Congo Church in Camden, Maine and I thought you might be interested in the fantastic net-working, if you're not aware already. The Rev. Peter B. Panagore of the First Radio Parish Church of America www.DailyDevotions.org has all his troops praying for you, Dr. Michael B. Mayor of Mary Hitchcock I know is, and probably ALL the doctors there are praying for you and you're on two Prayer Chains in Camden and our batting average is amazing. Miracles still happen and it is our prayer that you become one and will be a fantastic help to others down the road. From my own experiance I've learned that Love heals. Please know you have mine. Prayers, Peace, Light, Laughter and Love, Barb
Hey Noah,
Remember that time that we were at Roller World and you said “Darcy, If I’m ever diagnosed with some rare cancer will you promise to come read me Keep the Lights Burning Abby: the Abby Burgess story to me to give me strength? Will you come play Magic Cards with me whenever I’m in the hospital? Do you promise that you’ll still wear neon dresses and two pairs of socks everyday?” Well, if you still want me to do either of the first things for you just let me know. I’ve realized how terrible I looked in the neon.
I’m sorry to hear about all this, but know that you can beat it – you have such will and determination. That’s why you were always voted most likely to succeed! Miss you bunches, hope you’re feeling well.
Darcy
Life has a way of throwing things at each of us,
which will make us stretch forth in faith.

We have God's mighty Word to lean on,
to cling to,
and to base our trust.

Going forth blindly,
is very difficult.
If I have nothing else to cling to,
I know I have my Lord,
and I have His flawless word.

He is with me,
and I am with Him.
This comforts me.

I pray that you have the same comfort,
each day,wherever He leads.

Hope in a Rainbow

A Rainbow full of brilliant endless colour
With radiance and hue so majestically true
Rainbows are there, to always remind me
Of Gods beauty, and creation I surely see

With Knowledge that storms always pass
And the sun again will surely always amass
And just as the water, flows under a bridge
When looking down from any lonely ridge

Gain knowledge that hope is always still there
In a Rainbow an Angelic thought surely rare?
For without the rain, there would be no dew
And flowers couldn′t bloom, with beauty true

The rain has a reason, as too, does each day
And what ever we face, with life and its play
Know that God surely smiles down, you see
He smiles down upon us, for you, and for me

And for every single little drop of life′s rain
Rainbows appear, ever adding colour again
Nothing in life, is impossible, we can cope
The Rainbow is from God, a symbol of hope

May God Bless you Noah

LOVE & PEACE PAT ( Louise Owens sister )
